This package is a 2 month package at our facility.
This package includes: - Unlimited membership for 2 months - Plus, our 3 Private Training Sessions to go through our "Beginners Program" scheduled at your convenience. (Over $100 savings and private training sessions are $60 per session)
On Ramp is a special program designed for those who want to start a Cross-Training program, but have NO EXPERIENCE.
You will get FOUR private training sessions with one of our Coaches, which is scheduled based on your availability. Once the fourth session is completed, your On Ramp membership includes a THREE times per WEEK access to all programs and Open Gym for the month as well.
We require that all members interested in joining our gym, complete the Beginner's Program. You will learn movements and exercises that we do in daily work outs, so you are prepared to jump into regular classes after On Ramp. We will teach you the proper ranges of motion for all movements to ensure maximum benefit of each movement and minimizing the risk for injury. We also teach the scales and progressions of each movement that meet your abilities, so you can increase your fitness levels.
On Ramp sessions are done privately with a Coach and based on your availability. Once the 3 sessions have been completed you have access to the gym for the remainder of the month to attend classes THREE times per week. This package includes an ADDITIONAL month of membership at a discounted rate. This is a 2 month commitment.
This package includes the membership plan Unlimited Membership - $150.00. It has a rate of $150.00
billed monthly. Your initial fee will be $150.00 billed on 11/25/2020. You will continue to be billed $150.00 every month on the 25th until your plan is cancelled or the plan ends..
