There really isn't a perfect approach. Whether you are talking about nutrition or training, both quality and quantity matter.
How much you do or take in vs how good the quality of food or reps are will both impact your results.
So with the start of a new training cycle, just after our benchmark week, you guys already know that myself and your coaches value and honor both the quality and the quantity of your health and fitness approach. That is why as we begin a new training cycle, I want to encourage you to remember the value of QUALITY. The quantity is going to build naturally in this training process, but the quality is what you have control over with your intention and discipline.
