Individualized Macros

Do you already eat healthy but aren't sure if you are eating the correct portion sizes and dont trust the FREE, online, calculators?

This option helps you figure out how much protein, fat and carbs to have for each meal based on your goals and activity level.  

You will receive:
-  How much to eat on Rest days.
-  How much to eat on Training days.
-  How many meals a day to eat based on lifestyle.
-  Articles and tips on how to be successful based on the specific challenges you encounter on a daily basis.

Online Fitness Transformation

Want nutritional guidance AND a personal trainer all in one package?
We will focus on a diet that will help you achieve your goals, as well as tailor it to your fitness needs for fat loss and recovery.
We now have the option of both in-person training AND online training so you can do the work outs I design for you at home.

We offer 1 month plans for $500. 2 month packages for $1000.  3 Week Transformation for $1500.

My 12 Week Transformation Program is the MOST POPULAR.
It consists of:
-  An initial consultation to get to know you, your dieting history (if any), current fitness routine (if you are currently active) and any injuries or health issues I should be aware of.  This can be done in person, over the phone, via zoom.
-  Customized macro plan for you to help meet your physique goals.  You will be required to track food via a food logging app (I like MyFitnessPal).
-  Daily diet check ins on your end, in which I give feedback each week to help keep you on track with your progress and goals via video.  Weekly adjustments to macros and calories may be required to best help you meet your goals.
-  A customized work out program that can be accessed via an app that is designed for your specific fitness goals…whether it be training for a 5k or looking to build muscle and burn fat.  This is 100% tailored to your fitness level and any injuries or ailments that you need to work around.  It can also be tailored if you have a home gym so there are no excuses for not getting fit!  You will receive specific warm ups, strength pieces, and any conditioning pieces you may need, depending on your fitness goals.  All work outs come with “how to” videos to make sure you are properly doing exercises.  

Regardless of which option you choose, the entire program, from A to Z is designed for YOU and your goals.  If something isn’t working or you are not seeing results, we change it.  There is not a one size fits all program, which is why most of my clients decide to do one-on-one training.  They need the accountability and the coaching when “life” happens.
